Mrs. Ashley Pippin is from Warrensville Ohio. She started her journey in Theatre at eight years old and is a professional actor, director, playwright and writer. Past work and volunteer experience includes The Cleveland Playhouse for over 20 years. She collaborated and partnered with professional actors, writers, and producers. Honing in on these experiences, she learned the craft and trade from every aspect of professional theatre. As a sophomore in high school, she founded the nonprofit Prayz- Hym Productions (PHP). PHP was a company where people receive opportunities and ignite meaningful relationships with Christ. Under PHP, Ashley has witnessed transformational life altering moments, including directing “Let Go & Let God” at Cleveland Playhouse and 20 people accepted Christ.
In 2017, PHP evolved and with an expanded and specific mission became Genesis Experience Theatre. In 2019, Ashley expanded her worldview to work with and serve human trafficking minors with Rahab Ministries. Dr. Pippin worked as a professional actor in Washington, DC and founded a semi-professional theatre group. He has directed and produced several theatrical productions, directed youth productions, and helped to cast individuals from Actor’s Equity and trained students in drama. Productions include: Into the Woods, West Side Story, and a touring production of Godspell. Dr. Pippin is most proud of the work with young people and also directed several Summer Teen Theatre Camps.
Youth productions included: It’s Cool in the Furnace, Free to be . . . You and Me, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Snoopy!!! The Musical. As a Pastor, Dr. Pippin has been an elder for 22 years in the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church, uses the inspiration from his dissertation to lead people in worshipful theatrical experiences. Dr. Pippin has co-led mission groups to Zimbabwe, Africa, sat on multiple Non-Profit Boards such as West Side Community House and founded summer theatre camps that are 14+ years strong.

Sharron McPherson-Foxx born and reared in Cleveland, is a singer and actor has also directed several productions including "The Lynching of Effie Childs", "The Row" and "Joe Turner's Come and Gone" She is a Karamu Award winner for her work in "Constant Star"at Dobama Theater. Her acting credits include "Sweet Charity", "Doubt" "Tommy" and "Once On This Island" among others. She has appeared as an extra in the films, "Against The Ropes" directed by Charles Dutton and "Captain America, The Winter Soldier" directed by Joe and Anthony Russo. Sharron was also a Super in American Ballet Theater’s production of “Giselle” at Playhouse Square. She has been an independent Teaching Artist for well over 15 years and co-founder of "Maiden Voyage Theatre Ensemble" specializing in presenting works primarily by and for women of color. Sharron currently works as Executive and Production Assistant with Powerful Long Ladder, She is featured in their award winning film short, “Resurrection of The Last Black Man 08:46” directed by Terrence Spivey. She's also a sought after Background Vocalist and featured in her solo project, "Foxx & Co., Afterthought and the NuSoul Band and "Wish You Were Here" The Sight and Sound of Pink Floyd" She enjoys being a many faceted artist and spending time with her family.
